The GFL is currently represented at the level of the following regions:
- The Tangier Tetouan Al Hoceima region;
- The Oriental region;
- The Rabat Salé Kenitra region;
- The Casablanca Settat region;
- The Marrakech Safi region;
- The Souss Massa region;
- The region of Fez Meknes;
- The region of Beni Mellal Khénifra.
The Moroccan Family Planning Association has 26 service delivery centers, 7 mobile units across 7 regions of the kingdom and 2 complexes.
Depending on the development of the activities of the AMPF, the National Council authorizes the establishment of branches in other regions of the Kingdom. All regional branches are governed by the same status and internal regulations of the Moroccan Family Planning Association.
